Gerald Ciriello:
Gerald (Jerry) Ciriello is a Lean Consultant with over 26 years of increasing responsibilities as an Industrial Engineer, and Lean Manufacturing Leader. Jerry has applied a wide range of skills and technologies over his career, including Lean Manufacturing, project management, material flow improvements, facilities management, strategy development, decision analysis, cost management, manufacturing resource planning (MRPII), conference design and leadership, work systems redesign, ergonomics redesign, conflict management, and process/mechanical design during his 22 years at Eastman Kodak. Recently, Jerry has consulted and implemented Lean Manufacturing activities including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen leadership and consulting, 3P Project Leadership, Heijunka and Pull System Implementation, integration of Department plans with customers, Value Stream Managementangeover Time Reduction, and 5S implementation.
Susan Conklin uses her 20 years of experience managing people and projects to design and facilitate training programs that improve business performance. With an MBA from Syracuse University, and corporate experience in global companies such as General Electric and Carrier Corporation, Susan has had the opportunity to hone her skills in marketing, management, and organizational development. Her roles within these companies required working with and presenting to all levels within the organizations. Susan is a university-level instructor, and teaches a wide range of management, marketing and organizational development courses. She has provided organizational training and consulting in a variety of industries, with clients including engineering firms, insurance companies, manufacturing and distribution organizations, public schools, and governmental agencies. As a consultant and trainer, Susan's focus includes needs assessment, instructional design, presentation, and facilitation. She combines theory and application in creative ways to provide an engaging learning environment, and is recognized for her innovative training techniques.
