Patrick Miller:
Patrick (Pat) Miller is the founder of An Executive Advantage, LLC, with over 30 years of leadership, practical line management and consulting experience. Pat has led consulting engagements with companies in aerospace, process, automotive and electronics industries. Pat has implemented lean processing and value chain management techniques based on the Toyota Production System at a large automotive glass manufacturer, a major aircraft producer, an international chemical processing company and a number of discrete manufacturing companies. Pat was Plant Manager at Eaton Corporation, Appliance Controls Division, where he applied lean enterprise principles to transform the plant, from one recording a financial loss, to a profitable operation that was a model within Eaton. Pat also spent over 14 years with NCR / AT&T where he held a variety of positions, including Manager Manufacturing Engineering, Director of Quality, Director of Supply Line Management, and Director of Operations. Pat has led numerous continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing principles of JIT / TQM and lean, resulting in turnaround of businesses from financial loss to sustained profitability.
