Lean On-Line Training

An Executive Advantage offers a variety of On-Line Lean Training Courses and Certification Programs. The courses are designed to allow participants to learn and apply lean principles and tools as their personal schedule permits. The courses range from introductory courses for Lean Manufacturing and Lean in the Office to Lean Certification Programs for Lean Champions within any type of business or organization.

The Lean introductory courses are designed to introduce you to Lean definitions, concepts, tools and important aspects of starting a continuous improvement journey using Lean. The intermediate and advanced courses are designed to provide more in depth knowledge and application of lean tools and principles in your specific organization. The courses are broken into modules to be completed over a specified timeframe. You will be expected to complete the required modules including homework assignments, essays and exams.

I have been working with people in various companies and organizations applying Lean for over 30 years. I will share my experiences and knowledge with you to assist you in starting or continuing a Lean Journey.
