  • A manufacturing company of over $100,000,000 in sales that must drive World Class Operating philosophies and methods throughout their company to remain competitive, but does not have the skills or time to go hire a person could employ An Executive Advantage™ Part Time Executive to lead and drive their Lean Enterprise Journey. The Part Time Executive would work for that company for 2 to 3 days per week over the course of the next one to two years to get the company well on the way in their Lean Enterprise Journey.
  • A manufacturing company with $30,000,000 to $50,000,000 in sales has the need to drive significant business process and operational improvement to strengthen their bottom line, but does not have the time, resources, skills or experience to drive the improvements.  The Part Time Executive would work for that company for 1 to 2 days per week over the course of one to two years to execute the plan to achieve the bottom line success while transferring the knowledge to internal resources to sustain and continually improve on results.

Financial Considerations:

  • An Executive Advantage™ Part Time Executive / Manager would be hired as a non-benefited contractor within your company. That means you pay no benefits. No health care, vacation, etc.
  • Pay would be established based on number of days on an annual basis. Typical rates for Full Time Interim Executives can range from $2000 to $3000 per day or more, but a Part Time Executive / Manager would be a fraction of that cost.
  • Commit to a minimum one or two year contract for the Part Time Executive / Manager and take advantage of discounted rates.
  • Potential performance incentive bonuses are an option.
  • Your company travel expense reimbursement policies would apply if applicable for travel on company related business.

Key Requirements:

The effectiveness of An Executive Advantage™ Part Time Executive / Manager is heavily dependent on their ability to effect change starting at the top of the organization and working at all levels. Therefore key needs of the Part Time Executive / Manager include:

  • Direct line to Owner / President / Executive Team of the company
  • Report directly to Executive Vice President or President of the company
  • Office space with phone and computer access
  • Must be given responsibility and authority as Business Improvement Driver and Leader by the Executive Team
  • Must define specific baseline metrics for improvement and financial savings

An Executive Advantage™ Part Time Executive would be obligated to a non-disclosure agreement and treat company property and intelligence in the strictest confidence. However, the nature of the part time contract allows An Executive Advantage™ Part Time Executive / Manager to work with more than one company simultaneously and there would be strictest assurance that there would be no conflict of interest or potential competitive company conflicts.
